🍽️ Grilled Peaches with Cream Cheese Filling

Ingredients
- 6 ripe peaches
- butter (for the dish)
- 40 g melted butter
- 80 g Amarettini
- 200 g cream cheese (plain)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- 1. Turn on the grill function of your oven and preheat it.
- 2. Wash the peaches thoroughly.
- 3. Carefully cut the peaches in half.
- 4. Twist out the pits carefully.
- 5. Grease a baking dish with butter.
- 6. Place the peach halves in the dish with the curved side facing down.
- 7. Brush the peach halves with melted butter.
- 8. Put the amaretti cookies into a freezer bag.
- 9. Crush the cookies into small pieces using a rolling pin.
- 10. Fill the crumbs into the hollows of the peach halves.
- 11. Place a dollop of cream cheese on each filled peach half.
- 12. Place the baking dish under the hot grill.
- 13. Bake the peaches for about 5 minutes.
- 14. Sprinkle brown sugar over the peaches.
- 15. Grill the peaches for another 2 minutes.
