🍽️ Grilled Peaches with Lime Sauce and Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 4 peaches
- vegetable oil (for the grill)
- 1 unpeeled lime
- 40 ml orange liqueur
- 2 tbsp honey
- 8 scoops lemon ice cream
- lemon balm (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peaches thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits.
- 3. Lightly oil the grill surface.
- 4. Place the peach halves cut-side down on the hot grill.
- 5. Grill the peaches for about 5 minutes.
- 6. Turn the peaches and grill for another 5 minutes until they are hot.
- 7. Wash the lime under hot water and dry it.
- 8. Peel the lime skin into thin strips (zest).
- 9. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
- 10. Stir the liqueur, honey, and 2 tablespoons of lime juice until smooth.
- 11. Place the grilled peaches on the plates.
- 12. Drizzle the lime sauce over the peaches.
- 13. Place one scoop of lemon ice cream on each peach half.
- 14. Garnish the dish with the lime zest and fresh lemon balm leaves.
- 15. Serve the peaches immediately.
