🍽️ Peaches with Vanilla Cream

Ingredients
- 5 ripe peaches
- 0.5 vanilla pod
- 0.375 l milk
- 40 g flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 70 g sugar
- 4 slices brioche
- maple syrup (for drizzling)
- chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
- 1. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 2. Add the vanilla pod to the milk.
- 3. Bring the milk to a boil once.
- 4. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 5. Let the milk steep for 10 minutes.
- 6. Whisk the flour with the egg yolk.
- 7. Remove the vanilla pod from the milk.
- 8. Vigorously stir the flour-egg mixture into the milk.
- 9. Return the mixture to the pot.
- 10. Bring the cream to a boil once.
- 11. Pour the cream into a bowl.
- 12. Let the cream cool down.
- 13. Wash the peaches.
- 14. Halve the peaches.
- 15. Remove the pits.
- 16. Slice one peach into wedges.
- 17. Fill the cream into a piping bag.
- 18. Fill eight peach halves with the cream.
- 19. Place brioche slices on plates.
- 20. Place two filled peach halves on each brioche slice.
- 21. Sprinkle the peaches with chocolate sprinkles.
- 22. Drizzle the peaches generously with maple syrup.
