  1. 1. Remove the tough bottom base and the fibrous outer leaves from the lemongrass.
  2. 2. Take out the soft inner core of the lemongrass and chop it finely.
  3. 3. Peel the ginger and grate it very finely.
  4. 4. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  5. 5. Place the grated ginger, one tablespoon of lemon juice, the honey, and the chopped lemongrass into a pot.
  6. 6. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
  7. 7. Let the mixture simmer for exactly one minute.
  8. 8. Remove the pot from the heat and let the liquid cool down completely.
  9. 9. Rinse the peaches under running water.
  10. 10. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pit.
  11. 11. Cut the peach flesh into small pieces.
  12. 12. Add the peach pieces, the cooled honey-lemongrass mixture, the yogurt, and the soy rice drink to the blender.
  13. 13. Blend everything with the mixer until it becomes a smooth, fine liquid.
  14. 14. Pour the finished shake into the glasses.
