🍽️ Peach Mustard Dip

Ingredients
- 1 ripe peach
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 sprigs dill
- 25 g mild mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Make a cross-shaped cut in the skin of the peaches. Pour boiling water over them to make the skin easy to peel off. Remove the skin, cut the fruits in half, remove the pit, and chop the flesh into small cubes.
- 2. Roast the sesame seeds in a pan without adding any fat. Puree the peach flesh together with the mustard and lemon juice until smooth. Fold in the roasted sesame seeds, season with salt, and garnish the dip with fresh dill.
