🍽️ Peach Yogurt Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 3 peaches
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 150 g whipping cream
- 250 g whole milk yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp peach liqueur
Instructions
- 1. Pour boiling water over the two peaches.
- 2. Remove the skin from the fruit.
- 3. Cut the peaches in half.
- 4. Remove the pits.
- 5. Cut the peach halves into coarse chunks.
- 6. Take half of the peach pieces.
- 7. Add half of the powdered sugar.
- 8. Puree the peaches and sugar until smooth.
- 9. Whip the cream until stiff.
- 10. Take about one quarter of the whipped cream.
- 11. Gently fold the cream into the peach puree.
- 12. Fill half of this mixture into a loaf pan.
- 13. Smooth the surface.
- 14. Place the pan in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
- 15. Mix the yogurt with the lemon juice.
- 16. Add the remaining powdered sugar.
- 17. Gently fold the remaining whipped cream into the yogurt mixture.
- 18. Remove the pan from the freezer.
- 19. Spread the yogurt cream over the pre-frozen peach-cream layer.
- 20. Place the pan back in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
- 21. Remove the pan from the freezer again.
- 22. Create a narrow, deep groove in the center of the cream.
- 23. Pit the remaining peach.
- 24. Cut the peach into thin slices.
- 25. Marinate the peach slices with the liqueur.
- 26. Fill the marinated peach slices into the groove.
- 27. Smooth everything out.
- 28. Slice the ice cream.
- 29. Serve the ice cream together with the marinated peach slices.
