  1. 1. Pour boiling water over the two peaches.
  2. 2. Remove the skin from the fruit.
  3. 3. Cut the peaches in half.
  4. 4. Remove the pits.
  5. 5. Cut the peach halves into coarse chunks.
  6. 6. Take half of the peach pieces.
  7. 7. Add half of the powdered sugar.
  8. 8. Puree the peaches and sugar until smooth.
  9. 9. Whip the cream until stiff.
  10. 10. Take about one quarter of the whipped cream.
  11. 11. Gently fold the cream into the peach puree.
  12. 12. Fill half of this mixture into a loaf pan.
  13. 13. Smooth the surface.
  14. 14. Place the pan in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
  15. 15. Mix the yogurt with the lemon juice.
  16. 16. Add the remaining powdered sugar.
  17. 17. Gently fold the remaining whipped cream into the yogurt mixture.
  18. 18. Remove the pan from the freezer.
  19. 19. Spread the yogurt cream over the pre-frozen peach-cream layer.
  20. 20. Place the pan back in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  21. 21. Remove the pan from the freezer again.
  22. 22. Create a narrow, deep groove in the center of the cream.
  23. 23. Pit the remaining peach.
  24. 24. Cut the peach into thin slices.
  25. 25. Marinate the peach slices with the liqueur.
  26. 26. Fill the marinated peach slices into the groove.
  27. 27. Smooth everything out.
  28. 28. Slice the ice cream.
  29. 29. Serve the ice cream together with the marinated peach slices.
