🥤 Fruity Peach Yoghurt Smoothie

Ingredients
- 125 g ripe peaches (1 ripe peach)
- 50 g yogurt (0.3% fat)
- 50 ml coconut milk (1.9% fat; organic store)
- 100 ml mineral water (ice cold)
- 1 pinch saffron threads
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the peach under running water.
- 2. Dip the peach briefly into boiling water.
- 3. Immediately shock the peach in cold water to stop the cooking process.
- 4. Peel the skin off the peach.
- 5. Halve the peach and remove the pit.
- 6. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 7. Place the peach cubes, yoghurt, and coconut milk into a tall container.
- 8. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until it is fine and smooth.
- 9. Pour the puree mixture into a drinking glass.
- 10. Add the mineral water.
- 11. Add a few ice cubes.
- 12. Sprinkle the drink with saffron.
