🥤 Fruity Peach-Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 3 peaches
- 150 ml pineapple juice
- juice of one lemon
- garnish
- cocktail cherry
- mint
- lemon wedges
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the peaches thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pit.
- 3. Place the peach halves in a blender and puree them until smooth.
- 4. Strain the peach puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove any fibers or pulp.
- 5. Peel the banana and add it to the blender along with the lemon juice.
- 6. Add the strained peach puree to the blender as well.
- 7. Blend all ingredients in the mixer until a very fine and creamy mixture forms.
- 8. Pour the mixture into glasses that have been chilled in the freezer or with ice.
- 9. Top up the drink with pineapple juice until the glasses are almost full.
- 10. Garnish each drink with a cocktail cherry, a sprig of fresh mint, and a lemon wedge.
- 11. Serve the drink immediately and enjoy.
