  7. 7. Place the peach pieces in a large pitcher.
  8. 8. Peel the ginger.
  9. 9. Grate the ginger finely.
  10. 10. Wash the lemon under hot water.
  11. 11. Peel off the zest thinly, avoiding the white pith.
  12. 12. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  13. 13. Add the grated ginger to the peaches.
  14. 14. Add the lemon zest to the peaches.
  15. 15. Add the lemon juice to the peaches.
  16. 16. Add the liqueur to the peaches.
  17. 17. Add the sugar to the peaches.

  20. 20. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
