🍽️ Chanterelles in the Pan

Ingredients
- 275 g chanterelles
- 1 onion
- 1 bunch chives
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt
- pepper
- 150 ml soy cream
- 1 tbsp coarse mustard
Instructions
- 1. Clean the chanterelles of dirt and debris.
- 2. Peel the onion.
- 3. Dice the onion finely.
- 4. Wash the chives.
- 5. Shake the chives dry.
- 6. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 7. Heat the oil in a pan.
- 8. Fry the mushrooms over very high heat, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes.
- 9. Add the diced onions.
- 10. Cook the onions for 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat.
- 11. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 12. Add the soy cream sauce.
- 13. Let the sauce reduce for 2 minutes until creamy.
- 14. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- 15. Stir the mustard into the sauce.
- 16. Sprinkle the chive rings over the dish.
