  8. 8. Fry the mushrooms over very high heat, stirring, for 3 to 4 minutes.

  10. 10. Cook the onions for 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat.
  11. 11. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Add the soy cream sauce.
  13. 13. Let the sauce reduce for 2 minutes until creamy.
  14. 14. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Stir the mustard into the sauce.
  16. 16. Sprinkle the chive rings over the dish.
