🍽️ Chanterelles with Bacon and Onions

Ingredients
- 750 g chanterelles
- 50 g lean bacon
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 onions
- salt
- pepper
- 125 ml meat broth (cube)
- 1 bunch parsley
Instructions
- 1. Clean the chanterelles, wash them, and let them drain well.
- 2. Fry the finely diced bacon pieces in oil and sauté the small onion pieces in it until translucent.
- 3. Add the mushrooms, sauté them briefly, season with salt and pepper, and stir in the chopped parsley.
- 4. Pour in the meat broth and let the dish cook in the open pot for 10 minutes.
- 5. Let it cool, fill it into containers, and freeze it.
