  4. 4. Dry the lemon with a cloth.
  5. 5. Grate the outer peel of the lemon finely to get the zest.
  6. 6. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.
  7. 7. Peel the garlic clove.
  8. 8. Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
  9. 9. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan.
  10. 10. Fry the mushrooms over high heat.
  11. 11. Continue frying the mushrooms until the released liquid has completely evaporated.
