  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 100 degrees Celsius using the top and bottom heat setting.
  2. 2. Rinse the filet steaks under running water. Then pat them completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan. Sear the steaks on all sides until they form a brown crust.
  4. 4. Season the steaks with salt and black pepper. Then place them on a baking sheet.
  5. 5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Let the steaks cook there for 10 to 25 minutes, depending on how well-done you prefer the meat.
  6. 6. Turn the steaks over occasionally during cooking to ensure they cook evenly.
  7. 7. Wash the bell peppers and remove the inside with the seeds. Cut the flesh into rings.
  8. 8. Clean the oyster mushrooms. This means removing the tough stem ends and slicing the mushrooms into thin strips.
  9. 9. Fry the mushroom strips in the remaining cooking fat from the pan for 1 to 2 minutes.
  10. 10. Add the pepper rings to the pan. Simmer the vegetables together for about 2 to 3 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  11. 11. Finally, season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Take the meat out of the oven. Divide the vegetables among the plates.
  13. 13. Place the finished steaks on top of the vegetables. Crush fresh black pepper coarsely and sprinkle it over the meat. Serve the dish immediately.
