  2. 2. Pour 200 milliliters of boiling water over the herbs.
  3. 3. Stir in the sugar until it has completely dissolved.
  4. 4. Let the tea steep for ten minutes.
  5. 5. Strain the liquid through a sieve to remove the herbs.
  6. 6. Allow the tea to cool down to room temperature.
  7. 7. Fill two glasses one-third full with ice cubes.
  8. 8. Pour the cooled tea over the ice cubes.
  9. 9. Top up the glasses with cold water.
  10. 10. Serve the tea with drinking straws.
