🍽️ Fresh Peppermint Iced Tea

Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch mint
- lemon balm
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Place the mint and lemon balm into a jug.
- 2. Pour 200 milliliters of boiling water over the herbs.
- 3. Stir in the sugar until it has completely dissolved.
- 4. Let the tea steep for ten minutes.
- 5. Strain the liquid through a sieve to remove the herbs.
- 6. Allow the tea to cool down to room temperature.
- 7. Fill two glasses one-third full with ice cubes.
- 8. Pour the cooled tea over the ice cubes.
- 9. Top up the glasses with cold water.
- 10. Serve the tea with drinking straws.
