  2. 2. Whisk the eggs together with the lemon zest until the mixture is creamy and airy.
  3. 3. Grate the dark chocolate finely.
  4. 4. Stir the chocolate in along with the spices, honey, candied lemon peel, nuts, and arrack to the egg cream.
  5. 5. Mix flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.
  6. 6. Gently fold this mixture in until you have a smooth, spreadable dough.
  7. 7. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  8. 8. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius fan-assisted.
  9. 9. Take a tablespoon and form about 30 thick, round dough mounds onto the tray.
  10. 10. Place an almond on each mound.
  11. 11. Bake them for about 20 minutes on the middle rack.
  12. 12. Remove the cookies and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
  13. 13. Stir the powdered sugar with lemon juice until smooth and free of lumps.
  14. 14. Glaze the cooled cookies with the mixture.
