🍽️ Fruity-Spicy Melon Salad Bowl with Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 piece 750g watermelon
- 1 honeydew melon (Cantaloupe, Galia, or net melon)
- 1 tsp pickled green pepper (from the jar)
- 1 lime
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- 2 tbsp nut oil
- 50g alfalfa sprouts
- 4 small round goat cheeses (30g each)
- 60g Parma ham
Instructions
- 1. Peel the watermelon completely.
- 2. Remove the seeds from the watermelon, if present.
- 3. Cut the watermelon flesh into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Halve the honeydew melon.
- 5. Scoop out the seeds from the honeydew melon using a spoon.
- 6. Cut the honeydew melon into wedges.
- 7. Finely chop the peppercorns.
- 8. Rinse the lime under running water.
- 9. Dry the lime with a kitchen towel.
- 10. Grate the zest of the lime.
- 11. Squeeze the juice of the lime.
- 12. Whisk the lime juice with the nut oil.
- 13. Add the chopped peppercorns to the marinade.
- 14. Add the lime zest to the marinade.
- 15. Season the marinade with salt.
- 16. Season the marinade with sugar.
- 17. Drizzle some marinade over the sprouts.
- 18. Toss the sprouts with the marinade.
- 19. Drizzle the remaining marinade over the melon pieces.
- 20. Plate the melons.
- 21. Distribute the marinated sprouts over the melons.
- 22. Add goat cheese to the melons.
- 23. Add Parma ham to the melons.
