🍰 Tiny Heart-Shaped Pancakes

Ingredients
- 150 g flour
- 1 heaped tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 1 pinch salt
- oil (for frying)
Instructions
- 1. Lightly beat the eggs with a fork.
- 2. Add the milk to the eggs and stir briefly.
- 3. Add the flour, baking powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- 4. Mix the ingredients with an electric hand mixer until the batter is smooth.
- 5. Let the batter rest in a quiet place for 30 minutes.
- 6. Heat some oil in a frying pan.
- 7. Place a heart-shaped cookie cutter in the pan to use as a guide.
- 8. Pour one small ladleful of batter into the pan.
- 9. Fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
- 10. Keep the finished pancakes warm.
- 11. Slice the oranges and strawberries.
- 12. Whip the cream.
- 13. Serve the pancakes with the fresh fruit and the whipped cream.
