  1. 1. Mix flour, eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt in a bowl until the batter is smooth.
  2. 2. Let the batter rest for 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  4. 4. Heat some ghee in a frying pan.
  5. 5. Pour one ladle of batter into the hot pan.
  6. 6. Tilt and rotate the pan to spread the batter evenly.
  7. 7. Fry the pancake for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  8. 8. Remove the finished pancake and keep it warm.
  9. 9. Repeat the process with the remaining batter until all pancakes are baked.
  10. 10. Thoroughly wash the asparagus.
  11. 11. Peel the bottom third of the asparagus stalks.
  12. 12. Cut off the woody ends of the stalks.
  13. 13. Boil the asparagus in salted water for 5 to 7 minutes (blanching).
  14. 14. Remove the asparagus from the water and let it drain.
  15. 15. Lay the pancakes side by side on a work surface.
  16. 16. Top each pancake with 2 slices of ham.
  17. 17. Place 3 asparagus stalks on the ham.
  18. 18. Roll the pancakes up tightly.
  19. 19. Place the rolls in a buttered baking dish.
  20. 20. Sprinkle cheese over the rolls.
  21. 21. Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  22. 22. Serve the finished rolls with ground pepper.
