  8. 8. Let the vanilla cream cool down completely.
  9. 9. Whisk the egg white with a fork until foamy.
  10. 10. Brush the rose petals with the egg white foam.
  11. 11. Sprinkle the petals with powdered sugar.
  12. 12. Dry the petals for 2 to 3 hours in a lukewarm oven or in strong sunlight.
  13. 13. Turn the petals repeatedly during this time.
  14. 14. Sprinkle the petals with powdered sugar again.
  15. 15. Whisk the eggs, milk, flour, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  16. 16. Stir until you have a smooth batter.

  18. 18. Heat some butter in a pan with a diameter of about 18 to 20 centimeters.
