  2. 2. Let the batter rest for about 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat some butter in a frying pan.
  4. 4. Fry 8 small pancakes one after the other from the batter.
  5. 5. Let the finished pancakes cool down completely.
  6. 6. Whip the cream together with the vanilla sugar until stiff.
  7. 7. Fill the cooled pancakes with the forest berries and the whipped cream.
  8. 8. Fold the pancakes together and serve them.
