🍰 Cream and Berry Pancakes

Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 200 g Flour
- 375 ml Milk
- Salt
- Butter (for frying)
- 300 ml Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Vanilla sugar
- Mixed forest berries (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Mix all the pancake batter ingredients until you have a smooth mixture.
- 2. Let the batter rest for about 20 minutes.
- 3. Heat some butter in a frying pan.
- 4. Fry 8 small pancakes one after the other from the batter.
- 5. Let the finished pancakes cool down completely.
- 6. Whip the cream together with the vanilla sugar until stiff.
- 7. Fill the cooled pancakes with the forest berries and the whipped cream.
- 8. Fold the pancakes together and serve them.
