  1. 1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  2. 2. Stir in the milk until a thick batter forms.
  3. 3. Add the beaten egg to the batter and stir it in.
  4. 4. Let the batter rest for about 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Peel the oranges and cut out the segments.
  6. 6. Squeeze the remaining pulp and reserve the juice for the sauce.
  7. 7. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut them into quarters.
  8. 8. Peel the bananas and slice them.
  9. 9. Place the fruit in a bowl.
  10. 10. Toss the fruit with lemon juice, honey, and mint.
  11. 11. Peel the mango and cut the flesh off the pit.
  12. 12. Blend the mango with a little orange juice in a mixer until smooth.
  13. 13. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan.
  14. 14. Pour about one tablespoon of batter into the hot pan.
  15. 15. Fry the pancake for 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
  16. 16. Flip the pancake and cook for about 1 minute more.
  17. 17. Remove the pancake from the pan.
  18. 18. Repeat the process until about 16 small pancakes are baked.
  19. 19. Keep the pancakes warm in the oven at 80 degrees Celsius if needed.
  20. 20. Arrange the pancakes on plates.
  21. 21. Drizzle the pancakes with a little honey.
  22. 22. Serve the fruit salad alongside.
  23. 23. Drizzle some mango sauce over the pancakes.
  24. 24. Serve the remaining fruit salad separately.
  25. 25. Dust the pancakes with powdered sugar.
