  1. 1. Put flour, butter, milk, honey, and salt into a bowl.
  2. 2. Stir the ingredients until a smooth mass forms.
  3. 3. Stir the eggs into the mass.
  4. 4. Cover the bowl with a lid.
  5. 5. Let the batter rest for about 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Heat some ghee in a pan.
  7. 7. Pour one ladle of batter into the hot pan.
  8. 8. Swirl the pan to spread the batter evenly.
  9. 9. Fry the pancake for 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
  10. 10. Flip the pancake.
  11. 11. Fry the other side for another 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
  12. 12. Repeat the process until 8 to 12 pancakes are done.
  13. 13. Stack the finished pancakes on plates.
  14. 14. Keep the pancakes warm if needed.
  15. 15. Put the pancakes in the oven at 80 degrees Celsius for this.
  16. 16. Mix the yogurt with the lemon juice and vanilla sugar until smooth.
  17. 17. Rinse the berries.
  18. 18. Remove any stems or leaves from the berries.
  19. 19. Spread the berries over the yogurt.
  20. 20. Serve the yogurt together with the pancakes.
