  2. 2. Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon into 140 ml of hot water.
  3. 3. Knead the dough into a smooth ball.
  4. 4. Wrap the dough ball in cling film.
  5. 5. Store the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Wash the spring onions and remove the ends.
  7. 7. Slice the spring onions into fine rings.
  8. 8. Divide the dough into four equal portions.
  9. 9. Dust a work surface with flour.
  10. 10. Roll out each dough portion thinly.
  11. 11. Brush the dough surfaces with sesame oil.
  12. 12. Sprinkle sesame seeds and some of the spring onions on top.
  13. 13. Roll the dough into a coil.
  14. 14. Shape the coil into a snail shape.
  15. 15. Flatten the snail shape.
  16. 16. Roll out the flat dough plate to a thickness of 0.5 cm.
  17. 17. Ensure the pancake is about 26 cm in diameter.
  18. 18. Heat oil in a pan to a depth of 1 cm.
  19. 19. Fry the pancakes one by one until golden brown.
  20. 20. Turn the pancakes once while frying.
  21. 21. Let the finished pancakes drain on kitchen paper.
  22. 22. Cut the pancakes into wedges.
  23. 23. Serve the pancakes immediately.
