🥗 Pan pasta with fresh onion and avocado salad

Ingredients
- 350 g Hilcona (Pan Pasta dried tomato & grilled eggplant)
- 1 red onion
- 2 medium, ripe avocados
- 1 lime (, unpeeled)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- red chili (, pepper)
- basil
Instructions
- 1. Cut the onion into thin strips.
- 2. Slice the avocado.
- 3. Place the onion strips and avocado slices into a bowl.
- 4. Grate some zest from a lime.
- 5. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
- 6. Add the oil, lime juice, and lime zest to the bowl.
- 7. Gently fold the ingredients together.
- 8. Season the mixture with salt.
- 9. Slice some chili peppers.
- 10. Heat some butter in a pan.
- 11. Fry the pan pasta in the butter for about 5 minutes.
- 12. Add the chili strips to the pasta.
- 13. Turn the pasta frequently while frying.
- 14. Transfer the warm pasta into glasses or onto plates.
- 15. Add the prepared onion and avocado salad.
- 16. Sprinkle the dish with pepper or chili.
- 17. Decorate with fresh basil leaves.
