🍝 Pan Pasta with Vegetables and Bacon

Ingredients
- 100 g breakfast bacon
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 package (350 g) Hilcona (Cappelletti Pan Pasta Creamed Spinach & Cheese)
- 200 g frozen pan vegetables
- 200 g strained tomatoes
- 2 sprigs oregano
- 60 g mozzarella balls
Instructions
- 1. Cut the bacon into thin strips. Heat the butter in a large pan and fry the bacon in it for about 6 minutes until crispy. Add the pasta after one minute. Remove everything from the pan and keep it warm.
- 2. Sauté the vegetables briefly in the frying fat. Add the tomatoes, bring to a boil, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Wash the oregano, shake it dry, pluck the leaves from the stems (except a few for garnish), and chop them finely.
- 3. Cut the mozzarella into cubes. Add the pasta and mozzarella to the sauce. Sprinkle everything with the chopped oregano and garnish with the remaining leaves.
