🥗 Pan-Fried Pasta Caprese Salad

Ingredients
- 350 g Hilcona (Pan Pasta Creamed Spinach & Cheese)
- a little butter
- 3 tbsp Pesto (Basilico)
- 1 tbsp Aceto balsamico bianco
- 150 g Mozzarella (sliced)
- 2 Tomatoes (, sliced)
- Basilica (for garnishing)
- a little salt (, pepper)
Instructions
- 1. Heat some olive oil in a frying pan.
- 2. Fry the pan pasta for about 5 minutes, turning it frequently until golden brown.
- 3. Whisk the pesto with the balsamic vinegar in a small bowl.
- 4. Arrange the fried pasta, mozzarella, and tomatoes in a fan shape on a plate.
- 5. Drizzle the pesto-balsamic mixture over the salad.
- 6. Season the salad to taste with salt and pepper.
- 7. Garnish the salad with fresh basil leaves.
