  7. 7. Simmer the soup on low heat for about 30 minutes.
  8. 8. Then puree the soup until smooth.
  9. 9. Stir in the cream and the crème fraîche.
  10. 10. Add the parsley.
  11. 11. Season the soup with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  12. 12. Now serve the soup hot.
