🍽️ Fresh Parsley Dip

Ingredients
- 2 bunches parsley
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 2 shallots
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp capers
- juice of one lemon
- 0.125 l olive oil
- salt (pepper)
- 2 tbsp sour cream
Instructions
- 1. Wash the parsley thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Peel the shallots and the garlic.
- 3. Rinse the anchovy fillets under cold water.
- 4. Finely chop the anchovies together with the capers.
- 5. Place the chopped anchovy and caper mixture into a bowl.
- 6. Add the lemon juice and stir everything well.
- 7. Slowly mix the olive oil into the mixture while stirring constantly.
- 8. Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
- 9. Place the sauce in the refrigerator for at least one hour to let the flavors develop.
- 10. Stir the sour cream into the cold sauce shortly before serving.
