  3. 3. Rinse the anchovy fillets under cold water.
  4. 4. Finely chop the anchovies together with the capers.
  5. 5. Place the chopped anchovy and caper mixture into a bowl.
  6. 6. Add the lemon juice and stir everything well.
  7. 7. Slowly mix the olive oil into the mixture while stirring constantly.
  8. 8. Season the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Place the sauce in the refrigerator for at least one hour to let the flavors develop.
  10. 10. Stir the sour cream into the cold sauce shortly before serving.
