🍽️ Potatoes with Parsley and Chili

Ingredients
- 700 g small potatoes
- salt
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 red chili peppers
- 1 pinch grated lemon zest
- 0.5 bunch parsley
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes.
- 2. Cook the potatoes in salted water until tender but firm.
- 3. Wash the parsley.
- 4. Shake the parsley dry.
- 5. Finely chop the parsley.
- 6. Wash the chilies.
- 7. Cut the chilies into very fine rings.
- 8. Melt the butter until it foams.
- 9. Add the parsley and chilies to the butter.
- 10. Add the lemon zest.
- 11. Toss the mixture briefly.
- 12. Season the mixture with salt.
- 13. Drain the potatoes.
- 14. Let the potatoes steam dry for a moment.
- 15. Gently mix the potatoes with the parsley-chili mixture.
- 16. Serve the dish immediately.
