  2. 2. Cook the potatoes in salted water until tender but firm.
  3. 3. Wash the parsley.
  4. 4. Shake the parsley dry.
  5. 5. Finely chop the parsley.
  6. 6. Wash the chilies.
  7. 7. Cut the chilies into very fine rings.
  8. 8. Melt the butter until it foams.
  9. 9. Add the parsley and chilies to the butter.
  10. 10. Add the lemon zest.
  11. 11. Toss the mixture briefly.
  12. 12. Season the mixture with salt.
  13. 13. Drain the potatoes.
  14. 14. Let the potatoes steam dry for a moment.
  15. 15. Gently mix the potatoes with the parsley-chili mixture.
  16. 16. Serve the dish immediately.
