Ingredients
- 0.75 l dry white wine
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
- 4 tbsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Pour the wine and vinegar with the finely chopped parsley into a pot. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer gently for about 10 minutes with the lid off. Stir in the honey, remove the pot from the heat, and let the liquid cool down briefly.
- 2. Strain the herbal wine through a sieve and pour it into a bottle that you have previously rinsed with hot water. Insert the parsley green stems into the bottle and seal it immediately.
