🥗 Parsley Millet Salad with Turkey Sausage

Ingredients
- 150 g millet
- salt, pepper from the mill
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 4 bunches curly parsley
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 40 g Maasdamer
- 100 g turkey breast slices
Instructions
- 1. Cook the millet in salted water according to the package instructions.
- 2. Drain the cooked millet if necessary.
- 3. Let the millet cool down completely.
- 4. Fluff the cooled millet occasionally with a fork.
- 5. Roast the pine nuts in a dry pan.
- 6. Pour the roasted pine nuts onto a plate.
- 7. Let the pine nuts cool on the plate.
- 8. Rinse the parsley under running water.
- 9. Shake the parsley dry.
- 10. Remove the stems from the parsley.
- 11. Chop the parsley leaves coarsely.
- 12. Wash the tomatoes.
- 13. Remove the seeds and pulp of the tomatoes.
- 14. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
- 15. Mix the vinegar with a little salt.
- 16. Add pepper to the vinegar mixture.
- 17. Add olive oil to the vinegar mixture.
- 18. Whisk the marinade well.
- 19. Pour the marinade over the millet.
- 20. Fold in the chopped parsley into the millet.
- 21. Fold in the tomato cubes into the millet.
- 22. Cut the Maasdamer cheese into small cubes.
- 23. Fold the cheese cubes into the salad.
- 24. Slice or cut the vegetable turkey sausage.
- 25. Plate the salad.
- 26. Add the turkey sausage to the salad.
