  1. 1. Cook the millet in salted water according to the package instructions.
  2. 2. Drain the cooked millet if necessary.
  3. 3. Let the millet cool down completely.
  4. 4. Fluff the cooled millet occasionally with a fork.
  5. 5. Roast the pine nuts in a dry pan.
  6. 6. Pour the roasted pine nuts onto a plate.
  7. 7. Let the pine nuts cool on the plate.
  8. 8. Rinse the parsley under running water.
  9. 9. Shake the parsley dry.
  10. 10. Remove the stems from the parsley.
  11. 11. Chop the parsley leaves coarsely.
  12. 12. Wash the tomatoes.
  13. 13. Remove the seeds and pulp of the tomatoes.
  14. 14. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
  15. 15. Mix the vinegar with a little salt.
  16. 16. Add pepper to the vinegar mixture.
  17. 17. Add olive oil to the vinegar mixture.
  18. 18. Whisk the marinade well.
  19. 19. Pour the marinade over the millet.
  20. 20. Fold in the chopped parsley into the millet.
  21. 21. Fold in the tomato cubes into the millet.
  22. 22. Cut the Maasdamer cheese into small cubes.
  23. 23. Fold the cheese cubes into the salad.
  24. 24. Slice or cut the vegetable turkey sausage.
  25. 25. Plate the salad.
  26. 26. Add the turkey sausage to the salad.
