🍽️ Fresh Green Pesto

Ingredients
- 30 g pine nuts
- 1 bunch basil (approx. 30 g)
- 7 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Toast the pine nuts in a pan without added fat until golden brown. Remove them and set aside.
- 2. Wash the basil, shake off excess water and pick the leaves off the stems. Puree the leaves together with the Parmesan and the oil until smooth.
- 3. Roughly chop the toasted pine nuts and stir them into the pesto. Season the mixture to taste with salt and pepper.
