🍽️ Creamy Wild Garlic Pesto

Ingredients
- 40 g pine nuts
- 100 g wild garlic leaves
- 150 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp parmesan (freshly grated, to taste)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter.
- 2. Roast the pine nuts in the pan until golden brown.
- 3. Thoroughly wash the wild garlic.
- 4. Shake the wild garlic dry.
- 5. Cut the wild garlic into coarse pieces.
- 6. Place the wild garlic and the roasted pine nuts in a blender.
- 7. Blend the ingredients into a fine paste.
- 8. Add the olive oil gradually.
- 9. Continue mixing until the pesto is creamy.
- 10. Stir the Parmesan into the mixture.
- 11. Season the pesto with salt and pepper.
- 12. Transfer the finished pesto into a jar.
- 13. Cover the surface of the pesto with a thin layer of oil.
- 14. Store the jar in the refrigerator.
