Ingredients
- 400 g Penne
- salt
- 4 bunches basil
- 125 ml olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 tsp salt
- 50 g Pecorino
- 50 g Parmesan
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 2. Wash the basilica thoroughly.
- 3. Shake the basil dry.
- 4. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
- 5. Heat a non-stick pan without fat.
- 6. Toast the pine nuts in the pan.
- 7. Pour the oil into a blender.
- 8. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender.
- 9. Blend the ingredients until a smooth mass forms.
- 10. Stir the pesto with a little hot pasta water before serving.
