Ingredients
- 500 g yellow tomatoes
- 375 g cherry tomatoes
- 150 g mozzarella balls
- 1 bunch chives
- 4 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- 4 slices whole wheat toast
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly and remove the hard green stem ends. Slice the yellow tomatoes into thick rounds and halve the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls.
- 2. Rinse the chives, pat them dry with a kitchen towel, and chop them into small pieces. Arrange the tomatoes and mozzarella attractively on the plates.
- 3. Whisk the vinegar and oil together in a small bowl and season the mixture generously with salt and pepper. Drizzle the marinade evenly over the tomatoes and sprinkle the chives on top. Whole wheat toast goes perfectly with this.
