🍽️ Penne with Wild Garlic

Ingredients
- 400 g Penne
- 60 g pine nuts
- 2 chili peppers
- salt
- 300 g wild garlic
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 80 g Parmesan
Instructions
- 1. Toast the pine nuts in a pan without oil until they are golden brown.
- 2. Wash the chili and remove the seeds.
- 3. Dice the chili into small cubes.
- 4. Slice the wild garlic leaves into thin strips.
- 5. Add four tablespoons of the wild garlic strips and the whole chili peppers to the boiling pasta water.
- 6. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente.
- 7. Drain the pasta.
- 8. Toss the pasta immediately with the vegetables, pine nuts, and olive oil.
- 9. Serve the Parmesan and the remaining finely sliced wild garlic leaves on the side.
