🍽️ Boiled Potatoes with Quark Dip

Ingredients
- 1 kg waxy potatoes
- 1 tbsp caraway seeds
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 125 ml milk (1.5% fat)
- salt
- 0.5 bunch chives
- 4 tbsp flaxseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Place the potatoes and the cumin in a pot.
- 3. Cover the ingredients with just enough water to submerge them slightly.
- 4. Cover the pot and bring the water to a boil.
- 5. Reduce the heat to medium.
- 6. Cook the potatoes covered for 20 to 25 minutes.
- 7. In the meantime, mix the quark with the milk.
- 8. Season the quark mixture with salt.
- 9. Wash the chives under cold water.
- 10. Shake the chives dry.
- 11. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 12. Drain the cooking water from the potatoes.
- 13. Rinse the potatoes briefly with cold water to cool them down.
- 14. Peel the cooled potatoes.
- 15. Serve the boiled potatoes together with the quark dip.
- 16. Sprinkle the chive rings over the quark.
- 17. Drizzle the flaxseed oil over the finished dish.
