  1. 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Remove any remaining dirt with a brush.
  3. 3. Place the potatoes in a pot filled with plenty of water.
  4. 4. Bring the water to a boil and cook the potatoes for 30 to 40 minutes until tender.
  5. 5. Alternatively, you can cook the potatoes in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Distribute the hot potatoes onto four plates.
  7. 7. Make a shallow lengthwise cut into each potato.
  8. 8. Peel the skin of the potatoes partially or completely.
  9. 9. Season the potatoes with salt to taste.
  10. 10. Fill 1 to 2 tablespoons of sour cream into the cuts.
  11. 11. Garnish the potatoes with ground pink pepper.
  12. 12. Serve the potatoes immediately while warm.
