🍽️ Baked Potatoes with Sour Cream and Pink Pepper

Ingredients
- 8 large potatoes (starchy)
- 250 g sour cream
- Red pepper
- Salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Remove any remaining dirt with a brush.
- 3. Place the potatoes in a pot filled with plenty of water.
- 4. Bring the water to a boil and cook the potatoes for 30 to 40 minutes until tender.
- 5. Alternatively, you can cook the potatoes in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes.
- 6. Distribute the hot potatoes onto four plates.
- 7. Make a shallow lengthwise cut into each potato.
- 8. Peel the skin of the potatoes partially or completely.
- 9. Season the potatoes with salt to taste.
- 10. Fill 1 to 2 tablespoons of sour cream into the cuts.
- 11. Garnish the potatoes with ground pink pepper.
- 12. Serve the potatoes immediately while warm.
