🍽️ Boiled Potatoes with Three Quark Dips

Ingredients
- 200 g low-fat quark
- 50 g crème fraîche
- 6 radishes
- salt

- 250 g cream quark
- 0.25 bell pepper (yellow)
- 0.25 bell pepper (red)

- 1 pinch granulated broth
- 200 g low-fat quark
- 50 g crème fraîche
- 0.25 bunch chives
- 1 clove garlic

- 1.4 kg small potatoes

Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Fill a pot with water, add plenty of salt, and bring it to a boil.
- 3. Add the potatoes to the boiling water.
- 4. Cook the potatoes for about 30 minutes until they are tender.
- 5. In the meantime, wash the radishes.
- 6. Cut the radishes into very small cubes.
- 7. Set aside a small amount of the radish cubes to use as garnish later.
- 8. Take the remaining part of the radish cubes.
- 9. Mix the radish cubes with quark and sour cream.
- 10. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 11. Taste the dips again and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- 12. Fill the radish-quark mixture into small bowls.
- 13. Garnish the bowls with the radish cubes set aside earlier.
- 14. Wash the bell peppers.
- 15. Remove the inner membranes and seeds from the bell pepper.
- 16. Cut the flesh of the bell pepper into very fine cubes.
- 17. Set aside a small amount of the pepper cubes for decoration.
- 18. Mix the remaining part of the pepper cubes with quark and broth.
- 19. Season the pepper-quark mixture with salt and pepper.
- 20. Taste the mixture again.
- 21. Distribute the pepper-quark mixture onto small plates or bowls.
- 22. Garnish the pepper-quark mixture with the pepper cubes set aside earlier.
- 23. Wash the chives.
- 24. Cut the chives into fine rings.
- 25. Press the garlic clove finely.
- 26. Mix the pressed garlic with quark and crème fraîche.
- 27. Add the fine chive rings to the quark mixture.
- 28. Season the chive-quark mixture with salt and pepper.
- 29. Taste the mixture again.
- 30. Fill the chive-quark mixture into small bowls.
- 31. Drain the cooking water from the potatoes.
- 32. Peel the boiled potatoes.
- 33. Place the peeled potatoes in bowls.
- 34. Serve the potatoes together with the three quark dips.
