Ingredients
- 80 g peanuts (shelled)
- 1 garlic clove
- 150 g yogurt
- 2 tsp tahini
- 100 g cream cheese
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- freshly chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the peanuts.
- 2. Peel the garlic.
- 3. Finely chop the garlic as well.
- 4. Add the chopped peanuts and garlic to a bowl.
- 5. Add the yogurt.
- 6. Add the tahini (sesame paste).
- 7. Add the cream cheese.
- 8. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- 9. Season the mixture with salt.
- 10. Season the mixture with cayenne pepper.
- 11. Season the mixture with lemon juice.
- 12. Taste the dip sauce one last time and adjust seasoning if needed.
- 13. Fill the finished dip into small bowls.
- 14. Garnish the dip with fresh parsley.
- 15. Serve the dip.
