🍽️ Stuffed Patissons in the Oven

Ingredients
- 8 small patisson squashes
- 250 g cooked rice
- 500 g ground beef
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp butter
- 250 ml vegetable broth
- 40 g grated parmesan
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut a small lid off the top of the patissons (small green squash variety).
- 2. Carefully scoop out the inside of the squash using a spoon.
- 3. Peel the onions and chop them very finely.
- 4. Mix the minced meat, rice, and chopped onions in a bowl.
- 5. Season the filling with salt and pepper to taste.
- 6. Fill the empty patissons with the meat and rice mixture.
- 7. Place the filled squash into a shallow baking dish.
- 8. Place the cut-off lids back on top of the squash.
- 9. Distribute small pieces of butter on top of the lids.
- 10. Pour some broth into the baking dish.
- 11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 12. Bake the patissons in the oven for 45 minutes.
- 13. Sprinkle the finished dishes with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
- 14. Garnish the dish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
