Ingredients
- 800 g parsnips
- 1.5 tsp fresh chopped thyme
- sea salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- olive oil (for drizzling)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Peel the parsnips and wash them thoroughly.
- 3. Cut the parsnips in half lengthwise.
- 4. Place the parsnips in a bowl and add the thyme.
- 5. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 6. Drizzle everything with olive oil and mix the ingredients well.
- 7. Spread the parsnips out on a baking sheet.
- 8. Place the tray in the preheated oven.
- 9. Roast the parsnips for about 30 minutes.
- 10. Turn the parsnips occasionally during the cooking time.
- 11. Remove the parsnips from the oven.
- 12. Arrange them in a serving dish.
- 13. Serve the parsnips warm.
