🍝 Pasta Salad with Shrimp

Ingredients
- 400 g Fusilli
- 200 g ready-to-eat shrimp (cooked)
- 200 g snow peas
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp grapeseed oil
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a pot and add salt.
- 2. Cook the fusilli pasta in it until al dente.
- 3. Drain the pasta and rinse it with cold water.
- 4. Wash the snow peas.
- 5. Remove the tough strings from the snow peas.
- 6. Cut the snow peas diagonally in half.
- 7. Boil the snow peas in salted water for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 8. Rinse the snow peas with cold water.
- 9. Drain the snow peas.
- 10. Wash the bell pepper.
- 11. Cut the bell pepper in half.
- 12. Remove the inside of the bell pepper.
- 13. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
- 14. Whisk the lemon juice with the oil.
- 15. Add the remaining ingredients to the salad.
- 16. Season the salad with salt.
- 17. Serve the salad.
