  1. 1. Boil water in a pot and add salt.
  2. 2. Cook the fusilli pasta in it until al dente.
  3. 3. Drain the pasta and rinse it with cold water.
  4. 4. Wash the snow peas.
  5. 5. Remove the tough strings from the snow peas.
  6. 6. Cut the snow peas diagonally in half.
  7. 7. Boil the snow peas in salted water for 1 to 2 minutes.
  8. 8. Rinse the snow peas with cold water.
  9. 9. Drain the snow peas.
  10. 10. Wash the bell pepper.
  11. 11. Cut the bell pepper in half.
  12. 12. Remove the inside of the bell pepper.
  13. 13. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.
  14. 14. Whisk the lemon juice with the oil.
  15. 15. Add the remaining ingredients to the salad.
  16. 16. Season the salad with salt.
  17. 17. Serve the salad.
