🍝 Vegetable Pan with Noodles

Ingredients
- 350 g egg noodles
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1 chili pepper (finely chopped)
- 2 red onions (peeled, halved, cut into fine cubes)
- 100 g mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 2 tbsp oil
- soy sauce
- fish sauce
Instructions
- 1. Fill a pot with water and add salt. Heat it up.
- 2. Cook the egg noodles in the boiling water until they are al dente. Follow the instructions on the package.
- 3. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
- 4. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise.
- 5. Remove the seeds and the white membranes from the inside.
- 6. Cut the flesh into bite-sized pieces.
- 7. Wash the zucchini.
- 8. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds.
- 9. Clean the mushrooms to remove any dirt.
- 10. Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces as well.
- 11. Heat oil in a large frying pan.
- 12. Add the onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and zucchini to the hot pan.
- 13. Sauté the vegetables briefly.
- 14. Add the garlic and ginger.
- 15. Stir everything and cook for about 4 minutes.
- 16. Add the drained noodles to the pan.
- 17. Season the mixture with soy sauce.
- 18. Add some fish sauce.
- 19. Warm up the serving plates.
- 20. Serve the pan onto the plates.
- 21. Serve the dish immediately.
