  3. 3. Drain the pasta, rinse with cold water, and let it drain well.
  4. 4. Place the drained pasta into a large bowl.
  5. 5. Wash the bell pepper, remove the core, and dice it finely.
  6. 6. Wash the tomatoes and dice them as well.
  7. 7. Mix the pasta with the bell pepper, tomatoes, and capers in the bowl.
  8. 8. Whisk the eggs with the cream and herbs in a separate bowl.
  9. 9. Season the egg and cream mixture generously with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Drain the mozzarella and dice it.
  11. 11. Place paper muffin cups into the compartments of the muffin tin.
  12. 12. Distribute the pasta mixture evenly among the muffin cups.
  13. 13. Pour the egg and cream mixture over the pasta in the cups.
  14. 14. Sprinkle the diced mozzarella evenly on top.
  15. 15. Bake the muffins in the oven for about 25 minutes.
