  1. 1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
  2. 2. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise.
  3. 3. Cut the halves into thin strips.
  4. 4. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan.
  5. 5. Add the zucchini strips and the sage leaves to the hot pan.
  6. 6. Sauté the vegetables gently over medium heat for two to three minutes.
  7. 7. Season the zucchini with salt and pepper.
  8. 8. Cook the bow-tie pasta in salted water until al dente.
  9. 9. Drain the pasta.
  10. 10. Reserve a small amount of the pasta water.
  11. 11. Add two teaspoons of butter and two to three tablespoons of pasta water to the hot pasta.
  12. 12. Mix the pasta well until it becomes creamy.
  13. 13. Remove the sage leaves from the zucchini mixture.
  14. 14. Add the zucchini to the pasta.
  15. 15. Mix everything thoroughly together.
  16. 16. Taste the pasta and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
  17. 17. Divide the pasta onto plates immediately.
  18. 18. Top the dish generously with grated Parmesan.
