  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Shave 1 tablespoon of the Parmesan into fine curls and grate the rest of the cheese finely. Wash the chervil, pat it dry, and chop the leaves coarsely.
  2. 2. Drain the penne and let them drain well. Stir in the grated Parmesan and the Creme Fraiche into the pasta. Season with cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Fold in half of the chervil and sprinkle the remaining chervel and Parmesan shavings on top.
