  1. 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add some salt to the water. Cook the pasta in it until it is al dente (firm to the bite).
  2. 2. Drain the pasta. Let it drain well.
  3. 3. Melt the butter in a pan.
  4. 4. Add the drained pasta to the pan with the butter.
  5. 5. Add the ricotta and parmesan to the pasta pan.
  6. 6. Add the truffle oil.
  7. 7. Toss everything well until a creamy mixture forms.
  8. 8. Season the pasta with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. 9. Warm the serving plates.
  10. 10. Portion the pasta onto the warmed plates.
  11. 11. Grate fresh truffle over the finished pasta.
  12. 12. Serve the dish immediately.
