🍝 Creamy Truffle Pasta

Ingredients
- 400 g Tagliatelle
- Salt
- 20 g Butter
- 350 g Ricotta
- 60 g freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp Truffle oil
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 20 g fresh black truffle
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add some salt to the water. Cook the pasta in it until it is al dente (firm to the bite).
- 2. Drain the pasta. Let it drain well.
- 3. Melt the butter in a pan.
- 4. Add the drained pasta to the pan with the butter.
- 5. Add the ricotta and parmesan to the pasta pan.
- 6. Add the truffle oil.
- 7. Toss everything well until a creamy mixture forms.
- 8. Season the pasta with salt and pepper to taste.
- 9. Warm the serving plates.
- 10. Portion the pasta onto the warmed plates.
- 11. Grate fresh truffle over the finished pasta.
- 12. Serve the dish immediately.
