🍝 Baked Pasta with Grapes and Blue Cheese

Ingredients
- 500 g macaroni
- salt
- 200 g seedless white grapes
- butter (for the dish)
- 150 g blue cheese
- 150 ml heavy cream
- 300 ml milk
- pepper (from the mill)
- 80 g grated Emmental cheese
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Break the pasta into small pieces.
- 3. Cook the pasta pieces in salted water until al dente (firm to the bite), as indicated on the package.
- 4. Drain the pasta water and let the pasta drip dry well.
- 5. Wash the grapes thoroughly and remove the stems.
- 6. Halve the washed grapes.
- 7. Grease a baking dish with butter.
- 8. Place the halved grapes into the prepared dish.
- 9. Cut the blue cheese into small cubes.
- 10. Bring the cheese cubes up to a boil with milk and cream until the cheese has completely melted.
- 11. Season the cream-cheese mixture with salt and pepper.
- 12. Distribute the drained pasta in the baking dish over the grapes.
- 13. Pour the warm cream-cheese mixture evenly over the pasta.
- 14. Sprinkle the surface with grated Emmental cheese.
- 15. Bake the dish in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
