  2. 2. Break the pasta into small pieces.
  3. 3. Cook the pasta pieces in salted water until al dente (firm to the bite), as indicated on the package.
  4. 4. Drain the pasta water and let the pasta drip dry well.
  5. 5. Wash the grapes thoroughly and remove the stems.
  6. 6. Halve the washed grapes.
  7. 7. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  8. 8. Place the halved grapes into the prepared dish.
  9. 9. Cut the blue cheese into small cubes.
  10. 10. Bring the cheese cubes up to a boil with milk and cream until the cheese has completely melted.
  11. 11. Season the cream-cheese mixture with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Distribute the drained pasta in the baking dish over the grapes.
  13. 13. Pour the warm cream-cheese mixture evenly over the pasta.
  14. 14. Sprinkle the surface with grated Emmental cheese.
  15. 15. Bake the dish in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
