🍝 Pasta with Tuna and Lime Zest

Ingredients
- 400 g Farfalle
- 400 g Tuna (sushi-grade)
- 4 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 unpeeled limes
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 1 chili pepper (finely chopped)
- salt
- pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions
- 1. Cook the bow-tie pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions.
- 2. Rinse the tuna and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Roll the tuna in sesame seeds and season with pepper.
- 4. Fry the tuna in hot oil on all sides for a short time on high heat.
- 5. Remove the tuna from the pan and set it aside.
- 6. Peel the half lime and remove the zest.
- 7. Cut the fillets out of the remaining lime.
- 8. Sauté chili and garlic in the same pan.
- 9. Add butter, lime fillets, and lime zest to the pan.
- 10. Add the lightly drained pasta with a little pasta water.
- 11. Toss everything until the sauce becomes creamy.
- 12. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- 13. Plate the pasta.
- 14. Slice the tuna into thin slices using a sharp knife.
- 15. Sprinkle the tuna slices with a little salt.
- 16. Place the tuna on the pasta and serve the dish immediately.
