  1. 1. Cook the bow-tie pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions.
  2. 2. Rinse the tuna and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Roll the tuna in sesame seeds and season with pepper.
  4. 4. Fry the tuna in hot oil on all sides for a short time on high heat.
  5. 5. Remove the tuna from the pan and set it aside.
  6. 6. Peel the half lime and remove the zest.
  7. 7. Cut the fillets out of the remaining lime.
  8. 8. Sauté chili and garlic in the same pan.
  9. 9. Add butter, lime fillets, and lime zest to the pan.
  10. 10. Add the lightly drained pasta with a little pasta water.
  11. 11. Toss everything until the sauce becomes creamy.
  12. 12. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  13. 13. Plate the pasta.
  14. 14. Slice the tuna into thin slices using a sharp knife.
  15. 15. Sprinkle the tuna slices with a little salt.
  16. 16. Place the tuna on the pasta and serve the dish immediately.
